The Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business. You’ll build relationships with world-class clients on a global level, source top-tier candidates, and drive the future of life sciences through exceptional hiring.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates in the life sciences sector
  • Running the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to closing deals
  • Using the latest tools and strategies to match talent with high-growth companies
  • Developing your own market and becoming an expert in your niche
  • Playing a key role in shaping the culture and success of our start-up
