Delivery Consultant – Rail / Engineering Recruitment
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £60,000+ in Year One
Are you an experienced Delivery Consultant with a background in Rail, Rail Infrastructure/Civils/Engineering or Motorsport recruitment looking to join a growing business where your hard work is genuinely recognised?
Our client is an ambitious, specialist recruitment consultancy that has built an excellent reputation within technical markets and is continuing to invest in its growth. Due to continued success, they are looking to add an experienced Delivery Consultant to support an established, high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced recruiters, inherit live vacancies and candidate networks, and play a key role in delivering for some of the industry’s leading clients.
The Role
You’ll focus on candidate delivery across permanent and contract vacancies, building strong relationships with highly skilled professionals and supporting consultants in filling technical roles quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates.
- Managing the full candidate journey from qualification through to placement.
- Building and maintaining talent pools within your specialist market.
- Writing adverts and managing job campaigns.
- Conducting interviews and candidate screening.
- Coordinating interviews and managing offer processes.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment agency experience is essential.
- Experience recruiting into Rail, Rail Infrastructure/Civils/Engineering or Motorsport markets.
- Strong candidate management and delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, driven and organised approach.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
