We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, delivering strategic and operational HR support across a diverse service area. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational change, lead a team of HR Advisors, and help create a high-performing, engaged workforce.

- Office based in Uxbridge
- £400 per day paid via a Umbrella Company
What you’ll do:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people-focused solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead on workforce planning, organisational change, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Manage and develop a team of HR Advisors (3 direct reports), promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and restructures.
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive improvements.
- Build strong relationships with managers, Trade Unions, and key stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).
- Significant HR generalist experience, including operating as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience leading change and working collaboratively with Trade Unions.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent HR services.
