About the Rol
eWe are looking for an experienced and driven Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings to join our team. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on generating new business, converting enquiries into lets, and delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants
.You will play a key role in the day-to-day lettings activity, working closely with the Lettings Manager to maximise performance across our portfolio
