Head of Primary Care Recruitment / Director of Primary Care

Our client, an established and growing healthcare recruitment business, is looking for an experienced Head of Primary Care/ Director to lead its Primary Care division and build it nationally.
You will inherit an established desk with an experienced consultant, active clients and a live pipeline, supported by existing infrastructure, compliance and delivery teams.
The role:
- Full commercial ownership of the Primary Care division, including P&L responsibility
- Permanent and temporary recruitment across NHS and private providers
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Mentoring consultants as the division expands, with clear progression to Director level
Markets include General Practice, ADHD Services, Urgent Care, Out of Hours, GP Federations, Primary Care Networks, Community Services, Digital Primary Care, Occupational Health, Prison Healthcare and Private GP Services.
About you:
- A proven billing history within healthcare recruitment
- Experience winning new business and managing client relationships
- Leadership experience, or the ambition and ability to step into it
Our client will also accept candidates at Senior Consultant / Team Leader level at £35,000 to £55,000 basic plus outstanding commission
