Senior Consultant – Strategy Consulting | Amsterdam
We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to appoint a Senior Consultant within its rapidly growing Strategy Consulting practice in Amsterdam.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team working at the intersection of Private Equity, Commercial Due Diligence, and value creation strategy across the Netherlands and wider European market.
The role offers exposure to both:
- Pre-deal Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) for leading PE investors
- Post-deal Commercial Improvement and Top Line Acceleration programmes designed to drive portfolio growth and value creation
With significant investment behind the practice, the team is entering an exciting growth phase — expanding its established CDD capability while building out its post-acquisition commercial strategy offering across Europe.

- Strategy consulting experience within a recognised consulting firm
- Strong exposure to Commercial Due Diligence and/or Corporate Strategy engagements
- Experience working with Private Equity clients
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Dutch language capability is advantageous, but not essential
This is an Amsterdam-based role and requires on-site presence; it is not a remote position.
