Property Manager

We’re working with an established and highly respected independent estate agency based in Hampstead. Known for delivering an exceptional, high-touch service to a discerning client base, they’re looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their growing team.

Location: Hampstead, North West London (candidates should be able to commute comfortably and reliably).
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a high-quality residential portfolio, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Carry out regular property inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords and contractors.
- Resolve tenancy issues and ensure tenancy agreements are adhered to.
- Collect rents and monitor arrears.
- Manage property budgets, income and expenditure.
- Prepare financial reports where required.
- Ensure full compliance with current property legislation and regulations.
- Oversee tenancy deposits and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in residential property management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience using property management software.
- A solid understanding of current lettings legislation.
- ARLA qualification (preferred, but not essential).
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
