SALES LEADER – PUBLIC SECTOR (SAAS) – North West

*SHARES + PROGRESSION TO CRO OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer

Overview:

We are working with a high-growth SaaS organisation operating within the public sector, delivering mission-critical AI-Driven Behavioural Automation solutions. The business has scaled rapidly and is entering an exciting new growth phase with significant expansion plans. The business has no debt and are a cashflow positive business that self invests.

The Opportunity:

This is a leadership role responsible for driving net-new revenue growth through a high-performing sales team. You will lead a team of SDRs and experienced Account Executives, with a clear mandate to scale the function further.

Key Responsibilities:

– Work with the leadership team to deliver success for the wider business and to support the personal development of your team

– Lead and develop a new business sales team

– Implement innovative go-to-market strategies

– Drive improvements in sales efficiency and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

– Conduct deal reviews and mentor team members

– Recruit and scale the team

– The clear mandate to scale the function further is just 2 heads, then flatline for 4 years on headcount.

– Influence broader commercial strategy

About You:

– Strong SaaS sales leadership with experience in the public sector

– Based North West England

– Proven track record of delivering net-new growth through teams

– Ambitious and driven with contemporary sales style & new ideas

– Strategic mindset with ability to improve GTM execution

– Ambition to take on broader business leadership responsibilities

Package:

– Base Salary: £110,000 (flexible)

– OTE: £165,000 uncapped

– Equity included
