Senior Sales Executive – (Premium hospitality and events)
Location: North London
Salary: £35,000+
Role
I am looking for a commercially driven sales professional to generate revenue across premium memberships, events, and corporate partnerships. This role blends proactive business development, consultative selling, and relationship management within a fast-paced, target-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across premium memberships, seasonal packages, and event offerings
- Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B prospects through research, outreach, and networking
- Engage senior decision-makers (C-suite and SMEs) to secure long-term partnerships
- Deliver against seasonal, event, and matchday revenue targets
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to close
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
- Represent the business at events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within events, hospitality, sport, or premium experiences
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and close at senior level
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and new business development
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure
- Commercially aware, proactive, and highly organised
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and strong Microsoft Office skills
