Responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance, repair, testing, calibration and technical support of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE). This role ensures equipment is maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability and supports customers and internal departments with technical expertise.

Product Technician

Role responsibilities

• Inspection, servicing, repair and refurbishment of AGSE equipment.
• Fault diagnosis across mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Carry out calibration, testing and certification activities.
• Support customer technical queries and troubleshooting.
• Complete maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
• Support commissioning, installation and customer training activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Product Technician

Skills

• Engineering experience within aerospace, manufacturing, rail or similar industries.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using workshop tools and test equipment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
