VP M&A Media and Tech

An established boutique corporate finance advisory firm is seeking an experienced M&A Vice President to join its London Media/Tech team.

The role will involve leading the execution of sell‑side, buy‑side, and capital‑raising mandates, managing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership on domestic and international transactions across high‑growth sectors.

Requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Proven track record of leading transactions from mandate to completion
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Commercial mindset with experience contributing to origination and pitching activities
• Excellent communication and client management capabilities
• Experience mentoring junior professionals
