I’m advising a highly regarded international law firm seeking to appoint an Aviation Finance Partner with an established practice and approximately £2m+ in portable revenues in London.
After a recent departure the firm now seeks to appoint a lateral rainmaker and to further develop the firms band 3 Asset Finance/Aviation Finance ranking. The firm already has a recognised aviation and transportation platform but is looking to evolve beyond the traditional aircraft leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing work that dominates much of the market.
They’re particularly interested in speaking with partners who can bring expertise across:
✔ Aviation finance
✔ Structured finance
✔ Asset-backed lending
✔ Aviation investment funds
✔ Alternative capital providers
✔ Portfolio acquisitions and secondary transactions
✔ Aviation restructurings and distressed opportunities
✔ Cross-border financing transactions
