Head of Family Partner

Location: London

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head of Family – Partner to join their esteemed legal practice in London. This is a permanent position suited to a professional with a strong background in Family Law, demonstrating leadership and expertise within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Family Law team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Provide strategic direction and oversee complex family law cases, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert legal advice tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and legislation.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a professional and productive working environment.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm through networking and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer with substantial experience in Family Law, 10 pqe+ preferably at a Partner level or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing a successful Family Law practice and leading a team.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive approach to legal problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of current family legislation and legal procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• The firm works with a range of clients to include SME’s, HNW individual and families, and a wide range of entrepreneurs.
