This opportunity could suit you. Were working with a specialist training provider whose niche is primarily bespoke training to management level or above within both large multinational companies & SMEs.
You work with the trainers and external clients to book venues, help with training materials, organise dates/times, invoicing and reporting. Essentially, you manage the client experience from start to finish.
This position could be good for someone with a PA, EA, Senior Admin or Office Management background.
What do you need?
- 3 years experience in a professional services environment covering administration and project coordination.
- Dealing with external clients.
- Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel.
Having experience within a training or event management would help you stand out but not essential.
