Demolition Supervisor

Ongoing contract – Outside IR35. 5.5 days/week Talacre

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site demolition activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Ensure strict adherence to agreed methods, risk assessments, and safety procedures
• Supervise the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
• Enforce safe demolition practices across all operations
• Ensure company standards are consistently applied across clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Assess and manage varying levels of risk associated with different stakeholders
• Develop a strong understanding of organisational systems, services, and operational assets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role within the UK
• Background in demolition and/or construction projects
• Technical foundation in mechanical or civil engineering
• Strong working knowledge of UK safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

All candidates must have full, permanent Right to Work in the UK.
