Overview

Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant – £650-£700 per day, Inside IR35, 2 days per week onsite, London. Immediate start. Contract until April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Review design and ensure fit for purpose — meets business requirements.
• Challenge business HR team on requirements with a focus on adopting best practices.
• Maintain effective communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Solution-level knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
• Ability to assess designs and confirm they meet business requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
