  • Support senior leadership with compliance reporting, governance activities and regulatory updates.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, compliance and business teams to drive continuous improvement and embed best-practice compliance standards across the organisation.

About You

We are looking for an experienced compliance lawyer, ideally with around 4–7 years’ PQE, although candidates with broader relevant experience will also be considered.

You may already be working in-house or be a regulatory, compliance or data protection lawyer in private practice seeking your first move into industry.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified solicitor with strong experience advising on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Excellent understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory obligations and corporate governance.
  • Experience advising on data protection and GDPR matters.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to deliver pragmatic, business-focused advice.
  • Experience managing projects, initiatives and/or teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and challenging deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive positive change across the business.

Why Join?

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic decision-making, and play a key role in strengthening and evolving the compliance framework. In return, you will gain broad exposure across a diverse range of legal and regulatory matters, with significant opportunity for professional growth and development.

If you are a proactive compliance lawyer looking for a varied and impactful role where you can combine regulatory expertise with commercial thinking, we would love to hear from you.
