We’re conducting an exclusive search on behalf of a highly regarded real estate investor and developer for a Development Manager to join its London team.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in development.
Whilst strong financial and analytical skills are important, this is far from a traditional modelling role. Instead, you’ll take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, gaining exposure to planning, design development, consultant management, procurement, leasing strategy, project delivery and commercial decision-making.
A key differentiator is the level of mentorship on offer. You’ll work directly alongside an exceptional Development Director with an outstanding track record of delivering landmark office developments, providing a unique opportunity to develop into a well-rounded development professional.
The role would suit either:
- An existing Development Manager looking for greater responsibility and exposure.
- A high-performing Development Analyst, Investment Analyst or similar who has developed strong financial modelling skills and is now looking to transition into a broader development management role.
You’ll retain ownership of the development appraisal and financial model throughout the lifecycle of each scheme, using it as a commercial tool to support key decisions, rather than as the sole focus of your role.
We’re looking for individuals who are intellectually curious, commercially minded and eager to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
This is an opportunity to build the skill set of a true Development Manager, combining financial analysis with planning, design and stakeholder management all within a highly respected development platform.
Salary and Package
- £60,000 – £100,000
- Excellent Bonus
