Commercial Director | London Ambulance Service NHS Trust

London (Waterloo) | £120,000 + 10% PRP

I’m delighted to be supporting London Ambulance Service NHS Trust to appoint their first Commercial Director – a pivotal, board-facing leadership role with a clear mandate to grow and transform their commercial function.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, leading the delivery of an ambitious commercial strategy to double income from £4m to £8m and generate sustainable surplus to reinvest back into frontline services.

You will:

• Lead the overall commercial strategy and portfolio performance
• Drive revenue growth, new income streams, and bid activity
• Oversee contract negotiation, pricing, and commercial governance
• Build and embed a structured, high-performing commercial function
• Work directly with the Executive Team and Trust Board to shape decision-making

What we’re looking for

• Senior commercial leader (Director-level or equivalent)
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and financial outcomes
• Experience leading complex commercial portfolios and partnerships
• Strategic, credible, and comfortable operating at Director level
