Working closely with the senior leadership and creative teams, you’ll play a key role in bringing collections to life, supporting the product development process from concept through to production across apparel and accessories. This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Developer looking to take ownership, develop their skills, and make a genuine impact within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
The Role
As Product Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end product development process, ensuring collections are delivered to the highest standards of quality, fit, and commerciality. You’ll work collaboratively across design, production, and global supplier partners to ensure products are developed efficiently and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product development process from initial concept through to production across apparel and accessories
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and critical paths
- Liaise with suppliers and factories throughout the development process, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
- Coordinate sample development, fit sessions, and approvals while tracking amendments through to final production.
- Assist with fabric, trim, and component sourcing, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and cost requirements.
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure products align with the creative vision while remaining commercially viable.
- Monitor development timelines to ensure key milestones and production deadlines are achieved
- Maintain accurate product data and development documentation throughout the product lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and support ongoing improvements to product development processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a passion for creating quality products. You’ll be organised, proactive, and keen to develop your product knowledge within a growing brand.
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years’ experience within Product Development, Product Coordination, or a similar role in fashion, streetwear, sportswear, or lifestyle
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, sourcing, and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with offshore suppliers and managing the product development process from sampling through to production
- Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with internal teams and external suppliers
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- Passion for product, streetwear, and contemporary fashion
