Qualifications

  • Fun and passionate people

  • Experience in leading teams and a hotel
  • Financial understanding, experience working with P&Ls, sales and labour budgeting
  • Drive recruitment, team development, engagement and communication
  • Develop sales and deliver on financial targets
  • Events Experience
