• Job Title: Client Director
• Salary Range: £120,000 – £150,000 + bonus (DOE)
• Location / Working model: London | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
This is a senior opportunity within a specialist advisory and strategy-led consultancy environment operating at the intersection of commercial delivery and high-value client engagement. The organisation partners with ambitious B2B media and information businesses, helping them translate strategic thinking into measurable commercial outcomes. You’ll be joining a model that goes beyond traditional consulting, embedding deeply within client organisations to ensure execution, accountability, and sustained value creation across complex programmes.
This is a newly created role driven by continued client demand and growth in multi-workstream, board-level advisory engagements.
The Client Director will take ownership of the commercial and operational success of high-value client programmes, ensuring delivery remains on scope, on budget, and commercially robust. Acting as the primary engagement lead, the Client Director will bridge strategic advisory input and hands-on execution across complex environments, working closely with senior stakeholders up to CEO and board level.
Role Highlights
The Client Director will:
– Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream client engagements
– Define delivery architecture, governance, and commercial frameworks at proposal stage
– Manage P&L responsibility, margin performance, and budget control
– Lead scope change and ensure commercial integrity across evolving programmes
– Act as senior point of contact for CEOs, founders, and boards
You Will Need
– Senior Manager level experience from top-tier strategy or media consultancy
– Strong background in B2B media, subscriptions, or information services
– Proven ability to structure and deliver complex programmes end-to-end
– Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships at board level
– Strong analytical thinking with hands-on delivery mindset
