Murzilli Consulting, a digital aviation consultancy business unit operating within the M&K Global AG group, was established in Switzerland in 2020. It has expanded its presence with subsidiaries in Germany, Hungary, the United Kingdom, and Spain, making it a global player in the aviation consulting industry.

Our goal is to assist clients in achieving success with their regulation and compliance strategies and implementations. We act as a digital outsourced regulatory department, helping clients establish effective internal regulatory functions. Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.

We offer governments and private enterprises the opportunity to establish high-performing internal regulatory functions, along with services such as regulatory strategies, UAS and USSP certification, design verification, SORA approvals, and CE marking. Position: Project Manager

Location: London, UK

Note: This is full-time position with 40 hours per week, and requires at least 4 days per week to work from our office in London (near Blackfriars station).

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent management of industry or governmental projects.
  • Responsible for coordinating and continuously following project status and milestones with all stakeholders in a defined communication structure.
  • Supporting clients onsite (up to 50%) and offsite and ensuring client needs are communicated and coordinated within the project.
  • Performing stakeholder assessments and stakeholder management activities.
  • Preparation, coordination, roll-out and reporting of projects.
  • Maintaining our internal knowledge management database.
  • Oversight of lessons learned and internal improvement activities.
  • Support and oversight of internal process compliance and quality assurance.

Experience and Qualification

  • A master’s degree in engineering, aerospace, mobility or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Project certification is a plus (e.g., Prince2 or equivalent)
  • Quality management or quality assurance experience
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing in English, additional other European languages are plus
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new topics, businesses, and environments
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • Solid understanding of efficient interface communication and management
  • Client-focused mindset
