The Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive focused on new business acquisition within the Industrial Commercial sector across Northern Ireland. This is a field-based role involving regular travel and full ownership of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and win new industrial services business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Deliver client meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven B2B new business sales experience
  • Industrial Commercial Services (workwear sector experience) (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive, “hunter” mindset
  • Commercially aware and results-focused
  • Self-motivated with good time management
  • Full clean B driving licence
