Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Branch Operations Manager to join our Frazer branch in Cardiff Pengam Rd.

Hours
7am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing.
- Team Leadership: Manage warehouse operatives and drivers, ensuring daily setup and route planning.
- Manage transport logistics, including scheduling drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor operations to improve efficiency and profitability. Coordinate with third‑party driver agencies to confirm proper induction and training.
- Ensure the branch runs efficiently, optimising workflows and processes to meet operational goals. Implement best practices for inventory management and stock control.
- Reporting & Support: Produce monthly reports and provide support to the Branch Manager.
- Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy and prioritise health and safety at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
- Background in warehouse and transport management with inclusive leadership skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer‑first” attitude.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety.
- Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
