A highly regarded, national law firm is seeking a Professional Negligence Solicitor to join its growing Liverpool-based team.

This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload, including high-value and complex professional negligence claims (e.g. solicitors, construction, surveyors, and accountants). You will also work alongside an experienced team on larger matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload with supervision
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex claims
• Working collaboratively within a specialist team
• Meeting time recording and performance targets

Requirements:

• Experience in professional negligence or general civil litigation
• Solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
• Ability to manage files independently
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Good IT and organisational skills
