An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a beautiful nursing, residential and dementia care home in Shropshire. The service holds a Good CQC rating and is part of a growing, supportive provider with a strong focus on quality, leadership and continuous improvement.
This is a full Home Manager-level position, suitable for either a clinical or non-clinical leader, with full responsibility for the operational, regulatory and cultural leadership of the home.
About you:• Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care (nursing, residential or dementia)• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements• Confident leader with the ability to manage full service responsibility• Open to both clinically and non-clinically qualified Home Managers
