Contracts and Hospitality Account Manager

Jay-Be is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of high-quality sleep products and contract furniture.
We are looking for a Contracts and Hospitality Account Manager to join our team and become the key point of contact for our valued customers.
This is not a sales role. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer care and building long-term relationships with existing customers. You’ll work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are delivered smoothly, issues are resolved quickly and service levels remain first class.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key customer accounts.
· Coordinate customer projects and requirements with internal teams.
· Handle enquiries, aftersales support and issue resolution.
· Ensure products are delivered on time and to the required standards.
· Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
· Conduct customer reviews and provide regular updates.
· Support product training and attend customer meetings and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in customer service, account management or client relationship management.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
· A proactive approach and a desire to deliver outstanding service.
· Experience within manufacturing, furniture, or contract interiors market.
· Travel will be required, so a full UK driving licence is necessary
