Employment Solicitor | 1 – 3 PQE | West London | Hybrid
Our client has been established since 1921 and has an extensive network of offices providing legal service to South West London, Surrey and Middlesex. The firm is now looking to recruit a high calibre Employment Solicitor to join their reputable team in their West London offices.
The Role
They are looking for a high calibre Employment Solicitor with circa 1 year’s PQE+. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a broad caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels, as the firm is looking for someone able to hit the ground running!
The role requires sound technical expertise across all aspects of Employment Law and the undertaking of fee earning matters. You will be advising both employees and corporations in this role.
Who are they looking for?
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE
- Experience in employment law – at least 50% of current caseload
- Prior experience in running your own caseload is essential in this role
- Experience in working on both respondent and claimant cases, and on behalf of both individuals and corporations is desired (although the firm is happy to provide training)
