A highly respected and ambitious law firm with a strong reputation across the Midlands is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham team.
Commercial Litigation is the firm’s largest and most established department and forms a key part of its long-term strategic growth plans. As the team continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for a talented mid-level solicitor to join a supportive and collaborative environment handling high-quality commercial disputes.
The firm is particularly interested in speaking with well-rounded litigators who have experience across a broad range of commercial disputes.
The Opportunity
- Manage a varied caseload of high-quality commercial litigation matters
- Advise clients across a broad spectrum of dispute resolution issues
- Take responsibility for matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers within the firm’s flagship department
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team
- Join a department that sits at the centre of the firm’s future growth strategy
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Ideally 3-5 years’ PQE
- Strong commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience
- Comfortable managing matters independently with minimal supervision
