With an established presence across the UK and an impressive international client base, the business has built a reputation for delivering senior appointments into some of the world’s most innovative Life Sciences organisations. Following continued investment, they’re now looking to expand their team with ambitious consultants who want to operate at the highest level of recruitment.
This opportunity sits within their Life Sciences practice, partnering with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare organisations ranging from venture-backed start-ups through to globally recognised businesses shaping the future of healthcare.
You’ll work on retained executive search assignments where quality, relationships and market expertise matter far more than volume.
The business is fully remote, giving you complete flexibility over where you work, whilst still offering modern offices in both Leeds and London for those who enjoy collaborating with colleagues in person.

The average consultant bills well into six figures annually, with multiple seven-figure billers across the wider organisation. Consultants are encouraged to become genuine specialists within their markets, supported by experienced leadership, established clients and an outstanding delivery platform.

We’re looking to speak with experienced agency recruiters who have consistently delivered strong results and are looking to take the next step in their careers.
Previous Life Sciences or Executive Search experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential. We’re far more interested in individuals who know how to build lasting relationships, win business and operate credibly with senior-level clients and candidates.
