Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for someone who can actively support the day-to-day delivery of building services, ensuring all cleaning and M&E services are delivered professionally, in line with standards and procedures. The role requires strong initiative, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of Cleaning and M&E services on site Ensure facilities remain safe, effective, and compliant with all standards Manage the site team and support business units in service delivery Oversee contractors and suppliers, including cleaning, HVAC, fire protection, and M&E services Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and service contracts Monitor service delivery against SLAs and ensure high-quality outcomes Manage budgets, control costs, and resolve invoice queries promptly Lead health & safety coordination, including compliance, incident control, and fire procedures Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities Good understanding of health & safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices Experience managing budgets and financial resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
