As an **Assistant Health Club Manager** , youu2019re not just supervising daily health club operations u2013 youu2019re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
**Supervise health club operations:** Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon **Lead the health club team:** Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience **Provide hands-on support:** Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints **Support business operations:** Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency **Uphold regulatory standards:** Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
