A well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Suffolk is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to its friendly and experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who enjoys a varied first-opinion caseload and is looking for a supportive environment where professional development, clinical freedom and work-life balance are genuinely valued. Whether you’re seeking full or part‑time hours, the practice is happy to tailor the role to suit the right candidate.
The Role
- Full-time or part‑time permanent position
- 36‑hour week over 4 days (full‑time)
- Typical shifts: 8:30am–6:30pm
- 1 in 6 Saturday mornings with time off in lieu
- Opportunity to work from a single site or across multiple branches
- Balanced caseload with consulting and surgery, tailored to your interests
About You
- MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon with VetGDP completed
- Confident with routine consults and surgery
- Passionate about delivering high standards of patient care
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Keen to continue developing clinically, with certificate support available
Salary & Benefits
- Salary £36,000–£70,000 FTE depending on experience
- £1,750 CPD allowance
- Certificate support encouraged
