We are recruiting for a high growth SAAS business. This business has been sold by a Private Equity backed business so we are building a brand new finance function for them. This role will pay £120,000-140,000 + 20% Bonus. Hybrid 2/3 days in west end, rest from home. There wont be equity to start but could be in the future. You would look after a P&L of around 300-500 million. The role of Commercial FD will be 75% commercial and 25% on the FP&A side. This will start with a small team and will build, as the business grows through organic progression and M&A.
Responsibilities will include:
Build processes and procedures from scratch
Build out a cohesive decision support function for the executive leadership team
Build out a standalone FP&A function
Support M&A processes
Strong forecasting, pricing, customer analysis and product analysis
Look at business plans and put the finance strategy behind them
We require someone who is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified from a subscription based business.
Must have worked in a larger company before with strong commercial business partnering experience and FP&A.
