The team works to promote Netflix titles and fuel fandom with creative marketing campaigns that drive conversation and connect fans with the content and IP they love. Following the launch of Netflix with Ads in late 2022, the partnership offering has continued to evolve, creating new opportunities for brands to integrate with our culture‑defining content and provide a best‑in‑class experience for members and ad tier subscribers.

You will support the growth and awareness of the Brand Partnerships offering in the UK, building strong relationships with key partners and gaining a deep understanding of their goals, planning processes, creative ambitions, and core equities. Under the guidance of a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will work with strategy, creative and production leads to develop strategic intersections between our titles and brand positioning, overseeing creative ideation and production with agency partners. The role will also support the expansion of the Brand Partnerships offering across Netflix channels such as custom social, events and new ads formats, and will involve building idea‑led partnerships that exist across promotion and media channels.

Key deliverables include building mutually beneficial deals, creating partner presentations, leading discussions and negotiations, managing partner relationships, and working closely with the Ads team to build awareness and partner‑led relationships. You will also coordinate with title marketing, media, publicity and social teams to integrate partnership campaigns into marketing plans and extend them across countries and regions when possible.

  • Expertise in a fast‑paced commercial environment, balancing commercial and creative decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, especially across TV and social.

  • Clear, articulate writing skills, comfortable crafting narratives and developing points of view amid ambiguity.
  • Experience at all stages of marketing campaigns with agencies, from strategy to creative briefs and execution.
  • Proven ability to develop and sell custom partnership solutions for owned media channels.
  • Strong input on strategy and a clear POV on creative work.
