About the Role
We’re hiring a 360 Recruitment Associate to join our Executive Search team, working across the US market.
This is a sales-led recruitment role, where you will identify, engage, and place high-calibre professionals. You will manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement.
No recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with senior and high-performing professionals
- Head-hunting talent through calls, LinkedIn, and outreach
- Building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Working towards clear performance targets
- Developing commercial and sales skills in a fast-paced environment
