Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on domestic boilers and central heating systems
- Completing landlord gas safety inspections and CP12 certificates
- Servicing and repairing gas appliances, including gas fires, cookers, and range cookers
- Fault finding and diagnosing heating systems and controls
- Installing and maintaining heating controls and electro-mechanical valves
- Servicing and maintaining unvented cylinders
- Carrying out Y plan and S plan wiring and fault finding
- Installing and repairing gas and water service pipework
- Completing general plumbing tasks where required
- Supporting with multi-trade property maintenance works, including minor repairs, making good, tiling, and carpentry where applicable
- Completing reports and uploading photographs via a company tablet
- Travelling to a range of sites across the operating area
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of recent, consistent, full-time PAYE experience
- Domestic ACS gas qualifications, including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, and HTR1
- Current or previous Gas Safe registration
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- Their own general and battery-powered tools, maintained to a professional standard
