About the Role

Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a creative design and production agency to recruit a Client Service Project Manager to support the delivery of exhibition, event, and interior space projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment, managing projects from inception through to completion while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, managing budgets and programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards across exhibitions, events, and interior fit‑out environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
  • Prepare cost estimates, track project expenditure, and support financial reporting
  • Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations
  • Coordinate on‑site project delivery for exhibitions and events where required
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
  • Conduct post‑project reviews and gather client feedback
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management within exhibitions, events, interiors, or design & production sectors
  • Strong client‑facing and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong budgeting, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
  • Good understanding of design and production processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing project requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Desirable Experience

  • Degree in Project Management, Business, Design, or related field
  • Experience managing exhibition or event installations
  • Previous experience within creative or production agency environments
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project delivery
