Senior or Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workload and lead day-to-day operation of engineering teams.
• Competence in both structural and geotechnical design.
• Produce high quality design solutions in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
• Design highly complex schemes (Cat3) and check moderately complex schemes (Cat2).
• Provide supervision, training and mentoring to Graduate and Design Engineers.
• Act as key point of contact and technical support for sales team and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience designing temporary works in accordance with relevant standards.
• Drive continuous improvements and contribute to the technical team collaboratively.
• Ability to organise own time and manage time of others.
• Willingness to improve existing ways of working.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD design software (Wallap, CADs) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• IEng desirable but not essential (dependent on seniority).
• Full driving license.
