Key Responsibilities
- Manage workload and lead day-to-day operation of engineering teams.
- Competence in both structural and geotechnical design.
- Produce high quality design solutions in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
- Design highly complex schemes (Cat3) and check moderately complex schemes (Cat2).
- Provide supervision, training and mentoring to Graduate and Design Engineers.
- Act as key point of contact and technical support for sales team and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience designing temporary works in accordance with relevant standards.
- Drive continuous improvements and contribute to the technical team collaboratively.
- Ability to organise own time and manage time of others.
- Willingness to improve existing ways of working.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD design software (Wallap, CADs) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- IEng desirable but not essential (dependent on seniority).
- Full driving license.
