North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a strategic Lead Legal Excellence for its Commercial Team. You will manage both in-house and external legal support, providing high-quality legal advice and overseeing legal risk management.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx with substantial experience in high-risk matters, strong knowledge of local government law, and the ability to lead a diverse legal team.
