Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Base + Uncapped OTE (£100k+) + Car Allowance

The Opportunity

We are a well-established, highly agile print and logistics partner working with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands. Following a period of strategic investment and growth, we are looking for an ambitious, modern Sales Manager/Director to spearhead our commercial expansion.

This is initially a standalone, pure business development role with a grand title and an even bigger opportunity. You will act as our sole commercial engine, with the explicit strategic goal of winning enough substantial retail volume to justify building, hiring, and leading your own dedicated sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Targeting, prospecting, and winning high-value print, POS, and packaging contracts within the retail sector.
  • Leveraging your existing network to open doors with procurement, marketing, and operations directors within major retail brands.
  • Collaborating directly with the CEO to shape our ongoing commercial strategy and revenue forecasting.
  • Formulating the future recruitment strategy to scale a regional sales team once key revenue milestones are met.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Retail Sales Track Record: You must have a proven history of selling directly into retail businesses. Experience within print, POS, or packaging is highly advantageous, but a stellar background selling other high-volume products/services into retail brands is sufficient.
  • The “Hunter” Mindset: You are resilient, self-motivated, and thrive when given the autonomy to build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Leadership Ambition: You possess the commercial acumen, gravitas, and professionalism required to step into a full Board Directorship as the business expands.

In Return:

We offer a competitive base salary of £50,000 – £60,000, a highly lucrative uncapped commission structure (£90k+ OTE), a car allowance.
