Strategic Operations Manager – AI Innovation

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Manager / Associate Director of Scientific and Strategic Operations (AI Innovation) in Greater London. This role partners closely with the Head of AI/ML to ensure the operational execution across the AI Accelerator and drive cross-functional initiatives that impact portfolio success.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and strong project management skills, as well as experience in strategy or chief-of-staff roles. The position offers a hybrid work model with 3-4 days a week in the office.
