Salary: £70,000 – 120,000 per year

Requirements

• Deep ServiceNow expertise
• Experience with Agile product ownership (OKRs, backlog, release planning)
• Ability to lead cross-functional squads and vendor partners
• Strong data governance and quality management skills
• Experience with critical data elements, lineage, attestations, automated compliance monitoring, and MI publishing

• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize and improve IT service management processes
• Plan, create, and design technology solutions using ServiceNow expertise
• Perform in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions
