Role Overview
The Project Director will take ownership of a portfolio of key projects while actively contributing to the growth of the London office. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and leading project teams to successful delivery.
Project oversight from inception to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved. Leveraging existing client connections to generate repeat business and strengthen the consultancy’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong background within a construction consultancy, proven track record of delivering projects and winning work.
- Established network of clients, ability to convert relationships into secured projects.
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline is required.
- Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent highly desirable.
- Commercially astute, highly driven, capable of leading teams while contributing to strategic business growth.
Compensation & Benefits
