Location: Peterborough (PE1 5XL) covering surrounding area (up to 1.5-hour radius)Salary: Up to £50,000

We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to join a growing team, managing 5 engineers while supporting the Project Manager. This Air Conditioning Supervisor role offers a clear progression path into a Project Manager position.

Overview

• 60% office / 40% site-based
• Mix of maintenance, installs & project work
• Industrial HVAC focus (VRV/VRF, AHUs, cold rooms)
• 65% AC / 35% refrigeration split
• Team of 20-25 staff
• The Air Conditioning Supervisor will oversee engineers and support project delivery

Requirements

• Strong industrial AC/refrigeration background
• Experience with VRV/VRF, AHUs or cold rooms
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Suitable for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor or step‑up candidate

• Salary up to £50,000
• Monday‑Friday, 40 hours (flexible start, no on‑call)
