Location: London – mobile

Salary: £48,000 plus overtime opportunities

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing service team covering London and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for strong earning potential, varied work, and support.

The Role

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems across a portfolio of retail and hotel contracts. The role is field‑based, providing a mix of planned and reactive maintenance with exposure to a range of commercial environments. You’ll be part of a well‑structured on‑call rota, ensuring customers receive a reliable 24/7 service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and breakdown response on commercial refrigeration systems
• Work across retail stores and hotel sites throughout London
• Fault finding and diagnostics on refrigeration equipment
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within compliance requirements
• Complete digital job reports via company‑provided iPad
• Provide excellent customer service on‑site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a commercial refrigeration engineer
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently in a mobile role
• Good customer‑facing approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g., F‑Gas Category 1 preferred)
