Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre‑Gate0 through the stage‑gate process to Gate3 and launch to market.
• Run project meetings, own the critical path, lead risk assessments, and report on progress.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, develop strong working practices and relationships, and deliver projects on time and in full.
• Provide timely project updates in monthly innovation meetings.
• Influence all project and business stakeholders to ensure milestones are approved on time.
• Support the Head of Marketing in prioritising the project pipeline to deliver the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experienced project manager within the FMCG industry.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
• Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise tasks quickly to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Collaboration skills across demand and supply functions, unlocking opportunities in challenging circumstances.
• Full driving licence – required for occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
