About You

  • At least two years’ experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with electronic, electrical and mechanical components or assemblies.
  • A good understanding of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, CAPA and NCR management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across multiple departments.

The Role

  • Inspecting products and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigating product defects and process issues using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys and 8D methodologies.
  • Supporting product testing, validation and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Maintaining quality documentation, including SOPs, control plans, work instructions and inspection records.
  • Raising and managing NCRs while supporting CAPA activities.
  • Working closely with Production, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues.
  • Supporting internal quality initiatives and contributing to a culture of operational excellence.
