Role Overview

Katrina Gardner supports researchers with career development. Responsibilities involve delivering workshops, consultations and training to enhance employability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approximately 50–60 workshops or employer events each year.
• Attend career fairs and other employer events.
• Provide one-to-one consultations with researchers (around 500 per year), including CV review, job‑search support, interview practice and career planning.
• Offer guidance on job applications to a wide range of sectors (academic and non‑academic).
